	Your Login ID looks like an email address, for example you@register.cnchost.com. Login ID:
	If you have lost your password, the quickest way to regain access is to contact one of the administrators of your account, but you can also contact Customer Care (see below). If you are the master administrator for your account, you should consider configuring security questions and answers that will allow you to reset your password in the case that you do lose track of it.
